Kingdom 268 Rules

Rules of Engagement (ROE) ensure fairness, order, and mutual respect within Kingdom 268. All clans and players are required to follow them.

1

WHO WE ARE

Kingdom 268 is a community built on mutual respect, fair play, and cooperation. We strive to create an environment where every player can grow, compete, and enjoy the game together.

Our Philosophy: These rules exist to ensure everyone has a fair and positive experience. By following the Rules of Engagement, you help build a united and organized kingdom where diplomacy comes first and conflicts are resolved peacefully.
2

PEACE TIME

Important: No attacks are allowed outside the event Clash for the Throne or any other rule that specifies otherwise, unless both players agree beforehand (for example, in a Conquest Points exchange). Scouting another city counts as an attack.

To be protected by the Rules of Engagement, every clan must:

  • Clearly state in their clan biography that they follow the Rules of Engagement
  • List their official clan diplomat in the biography

Not protected by the Rules of Engagement:

  • Computer-generated clans or cities
  • Players without a clan tag
  • Players or clans declared as Outlaws
3

CLASH FOR THE THRONE

The Clash for the Throne event lasts for 48 hours and is the designated time for kingdom-wide combat.

Rules during the event:
  • All rules remain active except Rule 4.
  • Attacking clan buildings is strictly forbidden.
  • Epic Monster portals and portals inside clan territory are off limits.
4

RESOURCES, MINES AND CRYPTS

No outsider may take resource mines located inside another clan’s territory, including Wellsprings (Tar) and Dragon Mounds (Gold).

Wellsprings (Tar) and Dragon Mounds (Gold):
  • Must be registered with coordinates in the dedicated chats 268-WS / 268-DM before marching
  • Limit: 1 Dragon Mound and 1 Wellspring per player per 24 hours
  • You have 15 minutes to occupy after registration
Player-Created Mines: Mines built by players using blueprints and the Build function belong to the player who created them.

Rare Crypts: Belong exclusively to the player who unlocked them.

5

GOLD INGOTS

Every city automatically produces Gold Ingots, which are used to activate bonuses that benefit all players.

  • Gold Ingots must be paid to the King regularly.
  • Cities holding more than three days’ worth of unpaid ingots may be attacked by the Royal Guard after a 24-hour warning.
36-hour accumulation by capital level:
  • Level 20 -> 2,520 Gold Ingots
  • Level 22 -> 5,040 Gold Ingots
  • Level 24 -> 18,000 Gold Ingots
  • Level 26 -> 47,520 Gold Ingots
  • Level 28 -> 56,160 Gold Ingots
  • Level 30 -> 64,800 Gold Ingots
6

VIOLATIONS AND COMPENSATION

If you are the victim of an illegal attack, you have two options:

  • Request compensation
  • Conduct one retaliation attack (by you or a clanmate)
Compensation Procedure:
  • Contact the offending player directly and try to reach an agreement.
  • If unsuccessful, your Clan Diplomat should contact the offender’s Clan Diplomat.
  • If still unresolved or unpaid within 24 hours, leaders from both sides should meet to discuss.
  • If no resolution is reached, the matter may be brought before the Kingdom Court for review.

Court Procedure: Royal Judges will review the case and evidence privately. They will then decide whether:

  • The case is a draw
  • A violation occurred and compensation is required based on the Compensation Table
7

OUTLAWS

Any player or clan refusing to follow the Rules of Engagement will be declared Outlaws.

If a clan keeps repeat offenders without removing them or ensuring their debts are paid, the entire clan may also be declared Outlaw.

Outlaws are not protected by the Rules of Engagement.
8

ANTI-FARON MEASURES

Any attempt to seize the crown using alternate or “Faron” accounts will result in immediate Outlaw status for both the user and their clan leader.

If a Faron King takes power, the previous Palace Officials may declare that clan Outlawed. All of their buildings, portals, and forts may be attacked without restriction.

The Faron King and their clan will not be recognized as legitimate rulers by the Kingdom of 268. Any player defending them will also be considered an accomplice and declared Outlaw.

If this happens, the previous Palace and main clans may initiate an emergency election or support a neutral candidate to restore legitimate leadership.
